Overview:

Feathercap PLE (Personal Learning Edition) is a new low-cost LMS that aims to support a community based approach to learning with the learner setting their own goals, setting their own process for interacting with experts, peers, learning content and group classes.The LMS can be used as a hosted service on Xerceo's own servers for a modest monthly fee, or can be installed on your own company internal servers for an additional $1,000 plus $250/month in addition to the per learner fees.  This cost includes monthly patches and updates.  See: http://www.feathercap.net/plans

Known Issues:

Xerceo claims Feathercap is SCORM 1.2/2004 compliant and supports all SCORM features defined in the ADL SCORM standard, including bookmarking, resume data, scoring, and time spent ina section of a course.

I have not as yet tested the system with Captivate sample SCORM packages.

At this point, use default settings until more information is available.
